Make this rich, cheesy, and warm spinach artichoke dip for your next gathering. It is simple to prepare and always popular.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly grease an 8-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the squeezed dry spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, pepper, and salt. Mix until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the dip is hot throughout and the top is lightly golden brown.
  5. Let the dip cool for 5 minutes before serving warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetable sticks.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use cream cheese instead of sour cream.
  • You can prepare the dip mixture up to 24 hours ahead and store it covered in the refrigerator. Add 5 minutes to the baking time if baking directly from the fridge.
  • Serve this dip inside a hollowed-out bread bowl for an impressive presentation.
