2 medium zucchini
1 cup cooked shredded chicken
1/4 cup buffalo sauce
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds to create boats.
In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and half of the cheddar cheese.
Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
