A very fast, no-cook meal requiring minimal ingredients for quick assembly.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (5 oz) tuna in water, drained
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large butter lettuce leaves

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, chopped celery, and black pepper.
  2. Mix the ingredients until they are fully combined into a salad.
  3. Spoon the tuna salad mixture evenly onto the center of each lettuce leaf.
  4. Fold the lettuce leaves around the filling to create wraps.
  5. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use pre-chopped celery if you want to reduce prep time further.
  • For a different flavor, substitute plain Greek yogurt for the mayonnaise.
  • You can substitute canned salmon for the tuna.
