Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bottle (750ml) dry rosé wine
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries)
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Pour the rosé wine into ice cube trays and freeze until solid, about 4-6 hours.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine sugar, lemon juice, and water. Heat gently until the sugar dissolves, then let it cool.
  3. Once the rosé is frozen, place the rosé ice cubes in a blender.
  4. Add the cooled sugar-lemon mixture and the mixed berries to the blender.
  5. Blend until smooth and slushy. Add a splash more water if needed to reach desired consistency.
  6. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a sweeter slushie, add more sugar.
  • Experiment with different fruits like peaches or watermelon.
  • Garnish with fresh berries or a lemon slice.
