Make this simple, refreshing frozen yogurt bark using Greek yogurt and fresh or frozen strawberries. It is a quick, no-bake dessert perfect for a light snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries, roughly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, aiming for about a 1/4-inch thickness.
  4. Scatter the chopped frozen strawberries and chia seeds (if using) over the yogurt surface. Gently press them into the yogurt slightly.
  5. Place the baking sheet flat in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until completely solid.
  6. Once frozen, remove the bark from the freezer. Lift the parchment paper and break the yogurt slab into irregular pieces.
  7. Return the pieces to the freezer until you are ready to serve.

Notes

  • For a swirl effect, lightly mash half the strawberries before mixing them into the yogurt base.
  • You can substitute any frozen berries for the strawberries.
  • Use full-fat yogurt for a creamier texture, or non-fat for a lower calorie option.
