Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Place the softened cream cheese in a medium bowl.
  2. Beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
  3. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Mix until just combined.
  4. Slowly pour in the heavy cream while mixing on low speed.
  5. Increase the speed to medium and beat until the dip is light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
  6. Serve immediately with fresh fruit or chill for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a slightly sweeter dip, increase the powdered sugar to 3/4 cup.
  • You can add 1/4 teaspoon of lemon zest for a brighter flavor.
  • This dip pairs well with apples, strawberries, grapes, and pineapple.
