Prepare this easy, no-cook breakfast the night before for a high-protein, peanut butter flavored meal ready when you wake up.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 scoop vanilla or unflavored protein powder
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup or sweetener (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, protein powder, and salt in a jar or container with a lid.
  2. Add the milk, Greek yogurt, and peanut butter to the dry ingredients.
  3. Stir or shake the mixture well until all ingredients are fully incorporated and the peanut butter is mostly mixed in.
  4. Seal the container and place it in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  5. In the morning, check the consistency. If it is too thick, stir in a splash more milk.
  6. Serve cold directly from the jar. Add desired toppings before eating.

Notes

  • For a vegan option, substitute the Greek yogurt with a high-protein plant-based yogurt or use an extra half scoop of vegan protein powder and water instead of milk.
  • If you prefer a thinner consistency, increase the milk measurement to 3/4 cup.
  • Add 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon for extra flavor depth.
