Make crispy Brussels sprouts quickly in your air fryer coated with a simple, sticky honey balsamic glaze.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. Place the halved Brussels sprouts in a bowl. Toss them with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (195°C) for 3 minutes.
  3. Place the seasoned sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer if possible.
  4. Air fry for 10 minutes. Shake the basket well.
  5. While the sprouts cook, whisk together the balsamic vinegar and honey in a small bowl to create the glaze.
  6. Return the sprouts to the air fryer and cook for an additional 4 to 6 minutes, or until they are tender inside and crispy outside.
  7. Remove the sprouts from the air fryer and immediately transfer them to a clean bowl.
  8. Pour the honey balsamic glaze over the hot sprouts and toss quickly to coat them completely.
  9. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket; cook in batches if necessary to achieve maximum crispiness.
  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of garlic powder to the initial seasoning mix.
  • If your honey is very thick, warm it slightly before mixing with the balsamic vinegar.
