- 4 oz chai concentrate (or 2 chai tea bags steeped strong)
- 4 oz milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 oz raspberry syrup
- 0.5 oz vanilla syrup
- 1 cup ice cubes
- If using tea bags, steep them in 4 oz of hot water for 5 minutes to make strong chai. Remove bags.
- In a tall glass, combine the chai concentrate (or strong brewed chai), raspberry syrup, and vanilla syrup. Stir briefly.
- Fill the glass completely with ice cubes.
- Pour the milk over the ice and chai mixture.
- Stir gently until all ingredients are mixed well. Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use a vanilla bean paste instead of vanilla syrup.
- If you do not have raspberry syrup, muddle 3 fresh raspberries with 1 teaspoon of sugar and add them to the base before adding ice.
- Adjust the amount of chai concentrate based on your preferred spice level.
- Use oat milk or almond milk for a dairy-free version.
