Ingredients
Scale
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup heavy cream
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius). Lightly grease a baking dish.
Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes per side until lightly browned. Place the seared chicken into the prepared baking dish.
In the same skillet, reduce the heat to low. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir in the heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, softened cream cheese, and chicken broth. Whisk until the sauce is smooth and the cheeses are melted.
Pour the creamy garlic Parmesan sauce evenly over the chicken breasts in the baking dish.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit (74 degrees Celsius) and the sauce is bubbly.
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra richness, you can sprinkle an additional tablespoon of Parmesan cheese over the top during the last 5 minutes of baking.
If the sauce thickens too much while baking, add a splash more chicken broth to thin it slightly.
This dish pairs well with steamed broccoli or asparagus for a complete keto meal.
