  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  2. Add the granulated sugar and vanilla extract. Beat until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until no streaks remain.
  5. In another small bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are moistened.
  6. Spoon a layer of graham cracker mixture into the bottom of each serving cup or small jar.
  7. Top the graham cracker layer with a generous dollop of the cheesecake filling.
  8. Arrange a few slices of fresh strawberries over the cheesecake filling.
  9. Repeat the layers: another layer of cheesecake filling, followed by more strawberries.
  10. Chill the cheesecake cups in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
