  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it well.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, peanut butter powder, protein powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the honey or maple syrup, applesauce, milk, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
