  • 1 can (5 ounces) tuna in water, drained
  • 1 cup cooked white rice, warm
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 1 sheet nori seaweed, cut into thin strips
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix until the tuna is fully coated and creamy.
  2. Place the warm cooked rice into a serving bowl.
  3. Spoon the spicy tuna mixture over the rice.
  4. Top the bowl with the chopped green onion, nori strips, and toasted sesame seeds.
  5. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a lower-fat version, substitute Greek yogurt for the mayonnaise.
