Preheat your oven and pizza stone or baking sheet to 475 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, and olive oil. Brush this mixture evenly over the stretched pizza dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
In a separate bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, salt, and pepper. Spread the ricotta mixture evenly over the garlic butter base.
Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the ricotta layer. Top with the grated Parmesan cheese.
Carefully transfer the pizza to the preheated stone or baking sheet.
Bake for 10 to 14 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
Remove the pizza from the oven. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before slicing and serving immediately.
Notes
For a crispier crust, place your pizza stone in the oven while it preheats for at least 30 minutes.
You can substitute the ricotta base with a simple Alfredo sauce if preferred.
